Cetaphil is fairly gentle, but I would suggest using it in conjunction with some moisturizer also. Use a gentle one for dry skin.

One type of soap that is fairly gentle for all body areas is Ivory.

If you have dry skin, you do need moisturizer, regardless of what soap you select.

Maybe you could alternate between the two soaps so that you don’t use too much of one kind?
