ACNE FREE its similar to the proactiv program only more readily available and less expensive. its sold at walmart i know for sure. its nice and not too strong. scrubs are okay once in a while say once a week along with your daily regimen. just remember though before you start any acne clearing product, IT WILL get worse before it gets better. when u get pimples or zits (wtvr) they are three weeks or so in the making. so give it a few weeks before you give up.good luck. oh and sunscreen is so important for healthy skin. use one for faces and it will also moisturize.I would keep a daily rountine and wash your face every night
IF you wear make up get the rinse off foaming clearner by cliniques to take make off
and then wash with liquid facial soap mild and then there next you clean with and a moister..it all made by clinique..it works becasue I use to have elemishes pimples etc and started using this years ago an went away…she stay with it dont be changing alot…I was having the same problem a week ago. I mostly had a few pimples ad blackheads on my chin and forehead. Then my mom told me about something she used to get rid of acne when she was younger. She told me to use calamine lotion. At first I thought she was crazy because that’s what you put on poison ivy. But just after using it one day I noticed a difference. What I do is take a cu-tip and put it on the areas with acne, Then I left it on over night. What it does is drys it up. Then in the morning you just wash it off. Now my acne isn’t noticeable at all and is basically gone. P.S. You can find calamine lotion at Walgreen’s, Target, Walmart, etc.
As for face scrubs I have read that biore pore unclogging scrub is one of the best scrubs out there. I have st. ives apricot scrub and I don’t really think it has helped much. I also like Nuetragena’s face washes.
