eat healthy
change your pillow case twice a week
use Neutrogena Acne wash twice a day and use an oil-free moisturizer
in the middle of the day, wash your face with warm water ONLY and reapply your moisturizer

if this doesn’t help, see your dermatologistCystic Acne is hormonal. Topical cleansers are not going to do jack. I’d suggest seeing your derm. or family MD to get you on something internally. Certain forms of the birth control pill help too. Good luck.I would suggest you try pure aloe vera gel.

Aloe Vera greatly reduces swelling and inflammation surrounding blemish, stimulates new cell growth and increases the skin’s ability to heal scarred tissue. One thing I like about Aloe Vera is that its remedies and treatment programs are simple to use and inexpensive.

Defiantly not, eating dairy products is more likly to reduce than cause acne. I drink up to 2 litres of milk a day ( milk is dairy ) i eat yoghurt and a lot of other dairy products and i dont have alot of acne. The main thing is to drink a lot of water as it helps reduce, use a acne recucing wash/scrub every night or if your really desperate every morning and night, then use a toner to cover up the pores after and then each night before you go to bed use a facial cream that helps reduce poors overnight. Dont worry this wont cost you a fortune as each one last about 2-4 months depending on how often you use it

Good LuckSee your Dermatologist if you think your Acne is getting out of hand. If "over the counter" products aren’t working for you, there are several home remedies I would suggest:

(Here are the three that worked for me)

1. Toothpaste. Yes, it may seem weird but it works. I would suggest to put it over some of your "bigger" pimples before you go to bed, and in the morning the swelling of it should go down.

2. Rubbing Alcohol. It may sting a bit; but hey, "No pain, no gain!" For me, about 15 minutes after I put this on, I saw a difference.

3. Lemons. Freshly squeezed juice is the best.

Although there are tons of things you could try at home, these three worked the best for me. Also, when one of your acne products begins to stop working, switch to a new one. This will ensure your face does not get "used to" the various products you are putting on your face. Have you tried Clearasil? Because that made a big difference for me.

As for the dairy products: Yes, there are many people who have dairy affect their acne. Personally, dairy had no affect on me. But if I were you, I would lay off the dairy for a while.it is a myth that eating certain foods will cause acne..
use acne cleansers and moisturizers with salicylic acid in it
or you can make yourself a honey face mask
you can also put baking soda on it just mix it with a bit of water
or you can mix salt (unionized) with a bit of water and leave that on for 10mins
it will dry out the pimple.. and it should go away

Go to your hospital’s Dermatologist, mine’s great. Ask if you can have some samples of some different face washes for your acne like Differin or Ziana (Ziana works great; mine’s nearly gone).

After you finish with the samples, decide if you want to buy an entire tube of the face wash the Dermatologist gave you. They’re pricey, but they’re worth it.I would use proactive but also avoid eating oily food and cut down on intake of food.
Well you can’t really stop it but reducing can be done by washing your face alot, recommend everytime you wash your hands.Everything you are doing is good but I use Cetaphil. Its a face wash and it works so well and its one easy step and it won’t irritate your skin or anything. I seriouls love it and would recommend it to anyone because it really works and I tried things like proactive and they didn’t work. This really works like I never get zits anymore and you can just get it at the grocery store so its really cheap. You need to use an acne medication to clear it up. For years I had acne and eventually I went to see a dermatologist.

She recommended an acne over the counter regiment like Proactiv that contains benzoil peroxide. That works for a lot of people, but it just gave me a really itchy red rash so I stopped using it. Then I tried a facial wash that contains salisylic acid which helps reduce my acne by a LOT. Neutrogena is the best for that.

I wanted my skin completely clear so she gave me a prescription for Differen which not only got rid of my acne, but is reducing my scars as well. All of those products can make your skin have even more acne. Bangs can make your forehead pimply- I suggest getting side bangs. Avoiding touching your face is a great idea.

However, I’ve tried all of the Clearasil, Proactive, and everything else. What works for me and my friend who had a major acne problem is Aqua Glycolic. It’s a relatively new product and is dermatologist recommended. It works great. It’s an advanced oily skin therapy- I use it every night. I’ve been using if for a few months. The first month, it will make your skin a little red after every use. After one month, it starts making your complexion healthier. It stings only a tiny bit when you first start using it. It gets rid of the dead skin cells and makeup and bacteria in your pores. It works fantastic. Also, talk to your doctor or a dermatologist.I use Neutrogena Oil Free Acne Wash every night and then I put on Differin (it’s a prescription acne lotion, you could try to get a prescription). In the morning/shower I wash my face with a Dove Unscented bar of soap. Good luck =]The thing that i’ve found works for me is to
-wash my face in the shower daily with just my hands and the water
-use jergens age defying lotion (you can get it at walmart in a big pump top bottle for about $5 or $6. I use one pump…rub in my hands then smooth over my face…then i take a dry towel and wipe off my hands and lightly wipe my face off (so it doesn’t leave u too "greasy" feeling.

That’s it. I don’t use any face wash or astringent…all those products can dry out your skin…causing the dry skin to clog your pores…be sure to keep ur face washed daily with simply water, and ALWAYS moisturize. After a few weeks of doing this u should notice a huge difference. If you wear makeup u can use some sort of makeup remover before u shower. Let me know if this helps!!Head to your pharmacy department in your local walmart. Don’t get the flashy cream in the orange bottle with some model on it. Use the prescription stuff they have available. It’s usually in a plain looking bottle and it works great on preventing and reducing. As for the hair, i too have middle length hair, and have no trouble with acne.

Apply lemon juice on your skin with a cotton ball. vineger also helps (though it stings a little).

toothpaste (yes, toothpaste) is good for spot treatement. the zit reduces in one night. just apply toothpaste on the zit at night and go to bed.Well if you wear makeup, make sure you wash it all off before you go to bed. Try using a face wash, it always helps. And putting toothpaste, men’s cologne, lemon juice all help with zits. So you can try that! I’ve also heard that olive oil is very good for the skin, but I don’t know for sure if it will work with getting rid of the zits asap. But good luck!First, by scars, do you mean actual scars (changed texture and elevation, i.e. lumps and holes), or just discolorations? Discolorations will eventually go away on their own; scars will not. You can buy gels and lotions at the drugstore to reduce their appearance–or, if you’re rich, you can get laser treatment.

For the acne itself, I’d try a system like ProActiv. It isn’t terribly cheap, but it makes a huge difference pretty quickly. It involves a cleanser, a toner and repair gel. This product is really good http://www.shopcleanandclear.com/product_detail.asp?T1=CNC+ADVANTAGE+PLAN&channelFull=09CNCSGGLBADV01&gclid=CIvTjbG2tZwCFVlM5Qod3SAHoA&. if you don’t want to buy it online rite aid or cvs should sell it.It really depends on your skin, different products work differntly on peoples skin. Someimes you just have to try and move on. Ive tried everything from Pro-active to Murad Acne Complex. Murad actually works pretty well. Its almost like proactive (a 3 stem system). I got tired of ordering it tho. You could also stop by sephora/ go on the website and order clinique’s 3 step acne system. That worked for me well. Good luck tho.I recommend a cleanser. I had white heads all over my face and a couple pimples, so I used Centaphil. In only, like, a week or 5 days, my pimples were totally gone, my white heads vanished, it was amazing. I got it at Bartel Drugs, I think. It isn’t very clear on how to apply it, so if you do:

- You can either cleanse your skin with or without water

- I usually do it without water, by simply applying a smooth layer (thick or thin is your choice, but thick takes more time for your skin to absorb) and letting it sit. My skin always absorbs it and it feels so smooth and nice

- I tried it with water once, I was confused. What I did was do the same thing as without water, but a couple minutes after applying, rub hot water on it.

It’s very inexpensive, and it also treats sunburns. I hope I helped, and really it’s so great, I love it. I hope I helped!First take some water and salt, mix it.
Take q-tip or cotton ball and dip it in the salt water,
put it on the pimple, wait about a minute.
Change different cotton balls for each one.

ORR,
Wash your face about 4-5 times a day.

DO NOT POP YOUR PIMPLE,IT WILL CAUSE A SCAR.you could get a facial and it will make your skin look a little healthier. but the toothpaste thing dries out the pimple so it basically goes away. oh and you can go to a doctor to get prescribed acne treatment. i mean if your acne is severe you might need a doctors help. and there always is make-up ;PHun, I know exactly how you feel I’ve been battling acne for 2 years and trust me I was about to give up! I seriously tried dozens of products but nothing worked. Then once I went on this site called Acne.org and I saw this treatment that worked for many acne sufferers and I’m like why not try it? The kit comes in large, medium, and small travel size. I ordered the small kit to try it out. I was so amazed at how fast my acne was going away it’s crazy! You should really try it. I bought it on this site: http://www.danielkern.com/category-s/25.htm
There’s also alot of info about acne on that site. I wish you luck! I know that soon you’ll have clear skin!I know EXACTLY how you feel honey , I couldn’t look anybody in the eyes and I wanted to go home so none could see me , I didint want to go out at all because I felt embarrassed ,The trips I took to the dermatologist cost me way more than this lol and the crap they gave me just made my acne worse You should check out this website what sells acne cream , it got rid of mine in 7 days or the money back

Some people are able to get rid of blemishes by washing their skin more often, but if you are prone to break out you may need to do more. When I had issues with my complexion I used rubbing alcohol as an astringent and the followed it by a non-oily moisturizer so my skin didn’t dry out. This has worked for everyone that I have suggested it to so far… Good Luck!

If you have acne scars that you want to get rid of try Mederma. It is awesome and I have used it to get rid of all types of scars. In my opinion it is much better that cocoa butter and a whole lot cheaper than the laser therapies available.Acne can literally strike anywhere on your body and your back is no exception. Acne on your back may be easy to hide – but it is no fun to have. It is caused by the same blockage of pours and buildup of toxins as regular acne, but it can be harder to treat because of where it is.

Thankfully, as with all other forms of acne, there are ways that it can be dealt with. Here are 4 proven back acne treatment methods that work:

4 Methods To Remove Back Acne

1. An anti-bacterial cream can be very effective at removing this type of acne. Look for any acne cream that would be easy to apply on your back, which does not have to be placed on each bit of the acne but can go all over.

2. Use a 10 percent benzoyl peroxide cream on your back and let it dry. This is usually a very effective back acne treatment.

3. Use Alpha Hydroxy with Benzoyl Peroxide to remove severe forms of this type of acne and to prevent any form of scarring.

4. Antibiotics are always a good bet with any form of acne. Taking antibiotics will clear up your pours of bacteria and cure acne all across your body.

When you are looking at back acne treatments, it is important to remember not to use soap with the anti-bacterial cream or any of the other methods as it can make it less effective and make it take longer for your acne to go away.
Take care….Most red or brown marks left after a pimple is popped will eventually fade or disappear, but it may take up to a year for this to happen. If your acne marks or scars are severe or you’re upset about them, you may want to talk to a doctor. He or she might suggest techniques like laser resurfacing and dermabrasion — which remove the top layer of skin, leaving a smooth new layer. In the future, try to avoid pimple popping, so that you don’t have to worry about marks or scars!

Ewwwww…sounds totally yucky. Why torture yourself? Most acne is a hormonal issue and a cleanliness issue. Every pore in your skin emits oil…when that oil comes to the surface of the skin it need to be cleansed away. If you don’t wash your face 2 to 3 times a day with an exfoliating, oil-free cleanser then the oil is oxidized by the oxygen in the air…and a blackhead is formed. A blackhead is the beginning stage of any pimple or acne. Nothing that you ingest will help with (or cause) acne. I hope this helps. Best wises! :0)Hmm.. no I don’t think the extra virgin olive oil would make a good substitute. Instead, you should try a mixture of oatmeal, [raw egg yolk if you have a dry/normal face, raw egg whites if you have an oily face] & sugar. Apply this mixtures as a face mask and wait until it dries completely, the wash off. I know, it’s a bit gunky & weird, but it’s really easy to make, & it works great, try it! (: You should also try doing this after you’ve steamed your face as your pores will be open & the treatment will be more effective.

It was even televised on TV.

It prevents future and existing acne, diminishes scars, and lightens skin and blemishes. Fast results too! (It has been claimed that major results can be seen within a week and no later than two weeks)

Before and After photos are available at the given ebay site.

This person is providing 1-3 week trial samples (Only for ONE DOLLAR.. definitely a deal) on ebay at:

Search up "best acne solution ever" on ebay.

First 100 customers can get the item for $1 for one week trial and up to 3 weeks. Or you can buy the whole container for $160

It’s expensive, but the product DOES work.

My sister and cousin who both have major acne have tried the product and they both give it thumbs up. I have also heard many great feedbacks about this cream.

I don’t have a problem with acne, but it seems to have great results on my sister who has moderate to severe acne. Her acne swelling went away overnight.

I hope this helps. =)

hard to picture what you’re talking about. do you have cetaphil? leave some of that on overnight, did wonders for me

ALSO – get a tan (either real or fake, but considering the time of year and effectiveness , preferably real)..this should even out your tone, and when it fades it should be far less noticable assuming it’s a scar.
ACNE SUCKS
