One natural remedy that will discourage acne breakouts is to avoid touching your face as your fingers distribute millions of bacteria to already vulnerable breaches in your skin which can cause or aggravate your acne.

Also keep your face & neckline clean by keeping sweat, germs & dirt off your face.

So tie back long hair when it’s hot, and avoid wearing hats and sunglasses which can cause perspiration & dirt build up.There is this new popular cream that people have been talking about.

It prevents future and existing acne, diminishes scars, and lightens skin and blemishes. Fast results too! (It’s been claimed that major results can be seen within a week and no later than two weeks)

Before and After photos are available at the given ebay site.

This person is providing 1-3 week trial samples (Only for ONE DOLLAR.. definitely a deal) on ebay at:

Search up "Cee En’s Acne Solution" on ebay.

First 100 customers can get the item for $1 for one week trial and up to 3 weeks. Or you can purchase 1 month supply for $40 or 6 month supply for $160

It’s expensive, but the product DOES work.

My sister and cousin who both have major acne have tried the product and they both give it thumbs up. I have also heard many great feedbacks about this cream.

I don’t have a problem with acne, but it seems to have great results on my sister who has moderate to severe acne. Her acne swelling went away overnight.

check the seller’s feedbacks on the cream

I hope this helps. =)Aside from the obvious of eating healthy and avoiding junk food, consider taking vitamin B and baking soda scrubs. I also put a bit of salus spray on baking soda and it works remarkably well. Try it. I get the spray from ebay and it lasts forever if refrigerated.
Cheers, Yoko

Tea tree oil is suppose to be fantastic for acne. You can dilute a few drops of the oil in water and use it as a face wash, or blend it in with your regular moisturizer. Alternatively, Thursday Plantation is an Australian company which make all of their products from Tea Tree, its all pretty natural (but does come in a bottle). you should be able to order from them online. I have used a lot of their products and they have been really good. another herb i have used in the past for my acne was sage… again making a face wash from the water after it had been soaking in the leaves. also worked well.

# Become well-acquainted with baking soda. Seriously, it may seem odd, but baking soda has become one of my best allies in fighting acne. Simply make a paste of baking soda and water (you want to aim for a slightly-thinner than toothpaste consistency) and rub it gently on your skin for about 30 seconds after you have used your facial cleaner. Then, rinse it off gently with warm water. While you can use this two times a day (morning and night), I recommend only using it at night, as it can irritate sensitive skin. As we all know, irritation can only make acne worse.

Use a treatment like Clean and Clear Advantage. it might sting when it goes on, but it just means its cleaning out the infected area.

Moisturise the crap outta that thing. this is to get rid of the dry skin and also if you want to put cover up on it…. it’ll go on easier.

Just try not to mess around too much with it, you’re lucky you only have one !!!! You’re going to think I’m crazy, but for an overnight treatment try toothpaste. I know that sounds silly but it works! I had a really big pimple once and I tried toothpaste. It was almost gone the next morning!

You can spot treat with toothpaste, but it doesn’t work for everyone. It can be very drying, so you have to remember to moisturize. I swear by baking soda. Sprinkle a little on a damp washcloth, and buff. It exfoliates, and cleans deep down. I’ve had great luck with it.my cousin used toothpaste, it burned it and left like a scar, don’t do that try this.
buy this stuff, it’ll work, i used it and my acne is gone, i tried it on my cousin’s and they loved it!
its less than $30 all together and it lasts like 2 months!

go to "sally’s beauty supply" and buy 2 face masks.
1st. apricot moisturizing mask -$5
2nd. mint julep face mask -$5

then go to target
1st. Noxzema- $4
2nd. St. Ives blackhead and blemish control apricot face scrub-$4
3rd. neutrogena blackhead eliminating daily face scrub-$5

you use the blackhead St. ives scrub in the shower, preferably in the morning(its pretty rough so it instantly like kills zits), followed by the neutrogna scrub(its softer so it soothes the skin). the you use Noxzema to remove any excess oil, rub in for about 20 seconds and thouroughly rinse off, it might sting the 1st time, that is normal, afterwards your skin will be noticeably oil free and smooth.

the two face masks i mentioned before are before you go to sleep. only use one, like if one day your face feels oily use the mint mask for 10 minutes and then rinse off using one of the scrubs, on another day if youre face is dry use the moisturizing one for 10 minutes before sleeping and rinse off with one of the face scrub.

try it, youll see results in a week or less. =] iim serious, no lie, thios works!

Do you have dry med or oily skin? im not really sure what works, but i break out when im stressed. sometimes i put rubbing alcahol on each one. sometimes after school i put vasaline over my whole face an let it dry then put more on b4 bed. i heard a rubbing an ice cube gently on a pimple till its numb then with a cue-tip put honey on it an let it dry. after 10 min wash it off with warm water or rub it off gently with a kleenex. i also witch hazel sometimes. or salt water. there is also the toothpast idea, i have never tried it.I think it is a good decision to try simple home remedies for acne, although these are not always a 100% cure but these work many times or at least decrease the severity of condition.
In my opinion the best remedy for acne is garlic, it is easily available, and very easy to use and above all it works in most cases due to its diverse medicinal properties. just rub some garlic paste twice a day and you will see the difference. You can check other ways to use garlic at

http://www.skincare09.com/articals.php?topid=11

Another well known remedy for acne is aloe Vera, it is also a popular medicinal plant that has been used for ages for different health problems including acne. It gives a soothing effect and relieves itching and burning associated with acne and also speeds up healing. You can use it in multiple ways for your acne. Try this

http://www.squidoo.com/how-to-use-aloe-Vera-to-cure-acne

beside acne, aloe Vera can also be used for different other skin problems like burns. It is well known for its curative tendencies.
Still there are other home remedies that can benefit you like tea tree oil, basil leaves…..
But garlic is the one that is almost always available at home or in the near by market so you can try it easily.
best of Luck!There is this new popular cream that people have been talking about.

It was even televised on TV.

It prevents future and existing acne, diminishes scars, and lightens skin and blemishes. Fast results too! (It’s been claimed that major results can be seen within a week and no later than two weeks)

Before and After photos are available at the given ebay site.

Search up "Cee En’s Acne Solution" or "best acne solution ever" on ebay.

=)Hi, I am a DIY person so I am always looking for homemade stuff instead of buying.

I looked into the matter and I found out many natural home remedies for acne. Most of them will help your skin heal from the damage caused by your acne, but they won’t cure the acne.

But I didn’t give up. One theory that made sense to me is that you need to treat the internal problem causing acne. That is – hormonal imbalances, toxines etc..

How can you do that? – Primarily you must help the liver, the pancreas and the kidney.

I am currently using "Apple Cider Vinegar" which is a natural cure for acne.

Apple Cider Vinegar is an effective natural agent that cures acne by killing the bacteria and balancing our skin’s pH level (which is a measure of acidity). It also absorbs excessive oil from our skin, which is a leading cause of acne.

In the spring I will take a Dandelion cure.

Dandelion shuns wet places, it has two outstanding qualities: it is useful in disorders of the liver and of the gallbladder.
Dandelion and Stinging Nettle have a blood purifying effect. They aide the functions of the liver and the pancreas, thus reducing the hormonal imbalances in the body.

Infusion: 1 heaped tablespoon of roots is soaked in cold water overnight, brought to the boil and strained next day. This amount is apportionately sipped, half an hour before and half an hour after breakfast.

I also recommend a Nettle cure as an acne remedy.

- Wear gloves when handling fresh nettle plants.
- Remove leaves from stems and discard stems.
- Fill a teapot full of nettle leaves
- Pour boiling water over the leaves.
- Steep for 5 minutes.
- Add honey and/or lemon if desired and drink.

The tea will be somewhat bitter. However, it is quite nutritious an especially high in calcium.

Other quick homemade acne treatments I found to keep your skin clean:

1. Garlic is an excellent treatment for acne, in case you did not know. Just rub with a garlic clove cut in two over the acne, or cut into slivers a garlic clove and apply over acne with a plaster, leaving overnight to act;

2. Onion is a good apprentice in the fight against acne and its traces when it disappears. Make a puree with the blender and apply it as a facial mask once a week;

3. Lemon juice applied to skin helps to close pores, and to increase the brightness of skin;

4. Baking soda mixed with vegetal soap (preferably soap made only from olive oil or vegetable oil) is the best antibacterial scrub the skin;

5. Mixture of fine sea salt to whites of an egg is very good for sensitive skin attacked by acne. Apply as a mask and remove easily with circular movements;

6. Honey can be applied as a mask for acne skin;

7. Vinegar is a good tonic antiseptic for acne, acting very gentle if you mix in equal proportion with water or green tea;

8. Yogurt is very effective and safe for skin prone to acne. Apply directly from the jar, let it react 5-10 minutes, then rinse;

9. Cut a gauze circle about the size of the face, soak it in fresh made green tea (very hot but not boiling) and apply on face. Let dry and remove carefully;

10. Herbs such as echinacea, rosemary, dill and parsley are great for teas and infusions wich purify the skin.Natural acne treatments may include mixtures of the following products; aloe Vera, honey, almond oil, sesame oil, t tree oil, rose water, lemon extracts, lettuce water, oatmeal, wheat bran, egg white etc

You can use mixtures of these products to make treatments that should be effective with little side risk of side effects.

Increase daily intake of water. Hydration of skin and flushing away toxins is helped with increased water intake. Being thirsty is a sign of dehydration so don`t wait till you are thirsty before drinking water.Put honey on your pimples for about an hour. do not do this at night! it will just rub off and make a mess. I do it as soon as I get home from school, then wash it off in one hour. i got amazing results the next day, and in a week my acne was gone. it doesn’t work for everyone, but worth a try!

Sunlight. I had bad acne as a teenager, and I remember it getting a lot better after I got home from week-long camping trips. It’s because I was out in the sun instead of watching television in the basement.

Didn’t cure it at all though. The only thing that took care of my acne problem was when my mom hauled me off to the dermatologist and he put me on accutane for 4 months. I really didn’t want to go, I kept saying that I’d take care of it myself, but I couldn’t. It can be really embarrassing to broach this conversation with your parents, but believe me, it’s well worth it.There is no one miracle cream, if there was no one would have a problem.

You just need to try different products and see what works for you. If you’ve already tried a number of different over the counter products and they still haven’t worked then it’s time to see a dermatologist.ok Taz, listen up…go online to…proactive.com and order it pleassse, its only 19.95 and its to die for. Im telling you girl, it works. I wouldn’t go a day without it. I started getting acne after i had my first child and someone recommended it and since then, i used nothing else.Yes, if you can see a specialist that would be really great.
Otherwise use a sensitive skin product. Have you tried Apricot Scrub by St Ives. It will give your skin the moisture it needs and help with the oiliness you have. Be gentle when you clean your face. That acne can sure seem worse. Stick to a twice a day cleaning would be helpful.These days no one should have bad acne. Visit your dermatologist and he will give you pills and cream to clear it up. Depending on how bad you acne is your doctor may prescribe you Accutane (ask your doctor about it). They are pills that you take over several months but its a pretty intense process. I know so many people that were prescribed to it and months later they have NO acne and I have never seen them with one pimple since.

If seeing a dermatologist is not an option get a face wash with small scrubs in it and wash your face and neck 2 times a day for at least 20 seconds, much more then that can deprive your face from good natural oils. Then apply an acne cream you can pick up at the store. When I get a pimple I put a thick layer over the area and let it soak in.

Real lemon juice. I have heard this works at lightening acne scars and dries out the skin to prevent pimples..do it a few time a week. I have tried this before, did not notice much difference but I did it like twice….I think it is something you have to keep up with. Lastly, toothpaste does not work…if you ever heard of that remedy. It is sticky and pointless, in my opinion.hi just yesterday i came across this article and i think this will solve your problem.

Hi, I am a DIY person so I am always looking for homemade stuff instead of buying.

1. Garlic is an excellent treatment for acne, in case you did not know. Just rub with a garlic clove cut in two over the acne, or cut into slivers a garlic clove and apply over acne with a plaster, leaving overnight to act;

2. Onion is a good apprentice in the fight against acne and its traces when it disappears. Make a puree with the blender and apply it as a facial mask once a week;

3. Lemon juice applied to skin helps to close pores, and to increase the brightness of skin;

4. Baking soda mixed with vegetal soap (preferably soap made only from olive oil or vegetable oil) is the best antibacterial scrub the skin;

5. Mixture of fine sea salt to whites of an egg is very good for sensitive skin attacked by acne. Apply as a mask and remove easily with circular movements;

6. Honey can be applied as a mask for acne skin;

7. Vinegar is a good tonic antiseptic for acne, acting very gentle if you mix in equal proportion with water or green tea;

8. Yogurt is very effective and safe for skin prone to acne. Apply directly from the jar, let it react 5-10 minutes, then rinse;

9. Cut a gauze circle about the size of the face, soak it in fresh made green tea (very hot but not boiling) and apply on face. Let dry and remove carefully;

10. Herbs such as echinacea, rosemary, dill and parsley are great for teas and infusions wich purify the skin.I suggest you this guide:

1. Wash your face every day. You can use regular soap, but they sell special kinds of soap to get rid of the oil in your pores. Here’s some examples:

        Make your own acne soap… http://www.naturalpuresoap.com/soap-therapy/natural-acne-soap-19/

2. Use an astringent after washing. That will help remove the reside and oil that the soap leaves behind. It also removes a lot of the redness from swollen pustules. Put a reasonable amount of the astringent onto a cotton ball (you don’t need to soak it). Rub it in small circles all over your face and let it dry.

3. Apply a substantial amount of honey to your face every few weeks and let it sit for about 10 minutes. Honey is a natural antibacterial that will get rid of blemishes, sore spots, and scars.

4. Having long hair will contribute greatly to your acne. If you can, keep your hair out of your face and the number of zits near your hairline will decrease. I personally let my hair grow out to about 3-4 inches, my acne near my hairline was terrible. Then I got a buzz cut, and now I get zits near my hairline about as often as anywhere else on my face.

5. Change your pillowcase often. Think about it; your face is pressed against it for a little less that half of your life, so lots of oil builds up on your pillow.
