Oh and after a peel make sure you moisturize well because the new skin has to grow in and it will look like its flaky for a while but its just the new skin and it wont last long.I had the same problem. the redness is caused probably because acne medicine weakens your skin to the sun, therefore the sunburn happens deeper and worse in the skin. try a homemade facial: take a nice hot bath, scrub gently with a clear scrub lotion, apply some whitening cream or skin lotion (such as Aveeno). the sun is your worst enemy!

nothing you can do bout the scratches unless they’re small. just scrub gently few times a week.

Wash my face every night before going to bed, and every morning when I just wake up.
Then, right after I wash, I use a toner. It really helps. You can get it basically anywhere they sell face wash.
Then lastly, and most importantly: MOISTURIZE!!! Seriously. Just buy a face moisturizer and use it. I live in Canada so my skin gets very dry in the winter, and I get constant breakouts. Even if you don’t have dry skin, I still recommend it for you.

If you keep this routine up, you’ll definitely see results.

You could go to the dermatologist also and, they should give you some antibiotics just to get it under control But what I told you to do save my teen daughters skin after her initial month of antibiotics. That stuff really hurts on the jaw line it is an infection and, can make you susceptible to a staph infection. Take caresounds like the skin is highly iritated.for some reason the blood is rushing to that spot to heal it…..
why not try some cold packs, or get a wash cloth and wet it with cool water and lay it on there for a while. Dont over wash your face, or pinch anything for a while.
I wouldnt wash that area at all for a couple days …just stand under the shower for a while and let your chin be bathed but not scrubbed at all…..wash the upper facial area with a nice wash cloth and after your bath …pat dry……… and cool that chin for a while with a wet cloth . I would let your normal body oils come back for a few days ..but as i say when in the shower just let the water run over your chin without scrubbing.
then when your color comes back I would go to walmart cosmetic section, buy a 2$ facial scrubbing sponge, its whitish or pinkish and palm size……lightly scrub with soapy lather for 1 min every 3 days…….dont scrub very long..you will become raw……the prickily sponge edges rip the pimples clean out and will keep your face pimple free…..
method…..wash face with soapy facecloth…….rinse well with warm water and then rinse with cool water…do this morning and night and use your sponge every 3 days…..you will find your face will clear up and stay that way….jean

Keep your skin clean you can use deep exfoliating cleansers also, someone already mentioned ice, yes ice is good idea too because it stimulates blood circulation and there it helps more anti-bodies to get to the inflamed places.

Of course at first when you use ice your skin will get even more red but that’s only temporary because of the high temperature difference. (it’s best to massage your skin with ice in the evening before bedtime, do it for few months and you will notice big difference and DON’T overdo it)
