Go to walmart…..cosmetic section……ask for the spade shaped, whitish or pinish palm size facial sponge…..its about 2$……
lather it up, scrub your face for about 1 min…if you scrub too long the next day you will feel raw, so just scrub for a min or so every 2-3 days,
daily you need to wash with hot soapy water and wash cloth…….rinse well with hot water and then with cold…..
this sponge will rip out the pimples as they begin…..it has very ruff edges…..
do this fathfully and your pimples will go away…

There’s three things I know of…the best,and cheapest option (imo) is any type of Vitamin K cream,I have found that topical Vitamin K can do wonders for the skin,atleast in my case it did…the next would be Vitamin E(oil),you can buy the oral capsules,pop them open and apply it topically to your scars,but to be honest I have no personal experience with the Vitamin E,but I have always heard good things from others.

Lastly would be Retin-A/Renova (Vitamin A cream) available from your Doctor,this option is normally only for the insured,as a small tube runs over a 100$,so although it can be very effective for many people,it’s also very expensive.

Crest toothpaste with hydrogen peroxide and baking soda helps. Tea tree oil. Apply it twice a day on your acne..not all over your face. Wait until toothpaste is dry, then rinse and pat dry. Tea tree oil you can leave on. Wash your face with anti-bacterial hand soap, but squirt it on your hand and make a foam before applying to damp face then of course, rinse thoroughly but be careful not to scrub too hard as it will irritate your skin. Also, just dabbing hydrogen peroxide alone on it a couple times a day might help if you don’t want to use the other things. These are some things I do. Hope this helps.
p.s. it may sting a little when using the crest toothpaste, but it will go away. no need to worry unless it seems to irritate your skin by causing more inflammation or too much skin dryness.when I’m in the shower, I take a washcloth and put brown sugar on it. I either mix it with water or baby wash ( Johnson and Johnson
or the off brand) and rub it together for a paste.
I apply all over my face, scrubbing with the tips of my fingers. I do this last so when I rinse my face off in the shower, my face is clean. Once I get out I either run cold water or an ice cube around my face to close up my pores Toothpaste is the worst advice anyone can give.
