Don’t use the acne wash right before you put your foundation on.You still need to wash your face before putting it on just not with that face wash.Also put face lotion on before foundation.I use Revlon color stay for normal to dry skin and it works really well.

1) Just Leave them they will go away on their own.
2) Go to your dermatologist or doctor and get this prescribed its a little tube named Eracyne its around $20-$40 depending on how much you want, its kind of like an acid and it gets rid of a pimple within 2 days, remember to apply a little amount on each pimple.
3) Buy Proactive facial cleanser that work really well for me.
4) Buy PHisox its another cleanser that can only be bought at a chemist, no prescription required.
5) You could get a chemical peel but that’s really Extreme and not worth it.

ok sometimes for certain people , foods cause acne. go through your normal day eating what you normally eat and see which foods break you out …. you’ll know by process of elimination for example dairy foods such as cheese and milk cause very bad acne for me because milk contains hormones similar to the male hormone and since your hormones are already unbalanced when your a teenager dairy can sometimes make that worse

as far as cleansing is concerned i feel it plays a small role but still important. i think acne is better tackled from the inside rather than just planting chemicals onto your skin. i dont know your skin type but if your fair you’ll most likely have sensitive skin that dries out easily …. if you are prone to drying then try different cleansers but give them a trial to see if they dry your skin.

I doubt you do, perhaps you should go to a dermatologist? … anyways I use a lot of acne meds / have tried them, and often times my cheeks become red from using multiples at once, this might be the problem. Only a dermatologist would know, however.
