Is there a way to naturally cure acne?

Another smart 17 year old. I’m impressed. I wasn’t this clever 17 years go.

Eat raw vegetables for a while – there are different food groups with different allergies levels even in vegetables. Live off Rice and green veges (less avocados) is a good starting point. Cut back on diary or remove it completely. Go on a strict elimination diet for 2 weeks (it wont affect your nutrition for such a short period of time) and add back different areas of the food pyramid one at a time. Leave wheat and diary for last (I pretty much guarantee that will be the offenders). For tips on one way to treat acne, please read my answer to the question below. My acne was caused by non-organic milk. The person who wrote the question also noticed that his acne was caused by milk and products containing milk. I had acne flare-ups for 40 yrs before figuring it all out. Wheat was an occasional offender for me too. If only I had been as aware as you forty years sooner. Good luck to you.

The first option is to apply the vinegar directly on the blemish using a ratio of one part vinegar to three parts water. Dip a cotton ball in the prepared astringent and apply it directly on the blemish for a minimum of 10 minutes. Reapply several times per day to continue drying out the pimple.

The second way of curing a pimple with apple cider vinegar is through ingestion. To help remove toxins and impurities in your bloodstream, mix two tablespoons of vinegar with a glass of water and drink the mixture once per day.I’ve tried a lot of medications before but haven’t really help. As a last resort i choose natural remedies. I found that it has the real power of curing my acne. I’ve tried it and it really works for me, in less than one week you can already notice a lot improvement. I hope it helps you too.Reduce the intake of sugar and refined carbohydrates

eating refined carbohydrates (white bread, pasta, rice, flour etc) and sugar leads to a surge in insulin and an insulin-like growth factor called IGF-1. This in turn leads to an excess of male hormones, which encourage the skin to excrete large amounts of sebum. This grease-like substance encourages the growth of bacteria responsible for acne.

Refined carbs/sugar = more insulin = more hormones = more sebum (oil) = more bacteria = more acne

generally suggest:Chromium supplements – Chromium helps boosts the body’s ability to break down glucose.Vitamin A – reduces sebum and keratin production. (Caution: taking mega doses of Vitamin A can cause headaches, fatigue, muscle and joint pain and other side effects. Consult a qualified practitioner before taking mega supplements).Vitamin E – an antioxidant (200 to 400 IU a day).Vitamin B-6 50 mg per day. This vitamin aids in the metabolism of hormones and supports the function of Acnezine as well.
