I don’t really have acne..just pimples and i just want my face to be smooth.?

I use noxzema when my skin is oily, and i use vitacillina to make pimples go away, its a mexican skin cream and it makes th redness go away and the pimple to in like 2 days, just put it on overnight, you’ll notice your skin smoother in one night…Ok first:
pimples = acne…

Anyway, Just use a lot of benzoyl peroxide creams you can find at any drugstore.
Wash face every morning and every night, use creams every morning every night. (skin tends to heal faster at night though)

If your skin gets really dry, use a face moisturizer that doesn’t clog pores.

All that should work pretty well…Have you tried scrubbing your face with soap and water? This may sound wierd but try putting lemon juice on your face. Im for real. I tried both of those things and they work for me. Hope this helps. Most of the Acne products will just dry your face out.I know what you mean! Well, mine aren’t pimples but rosy cheeks that are annoying, but I just saw this commercial and it’s called Sheer Cover. It works amazingly when I saw the results because it was live and, so you could tell it wasn’t fake. It covers up birth marks….dark circles….pimples…everything!!! It’s a great price too! http://www.sheercover.com/index.php?uci=ous112&refcd=GO076557s_sheer_cover_make_up&tsacr=GO4832783319&s_kwcid=TC|7726|sheer%20cover%20make%20up||S|b|4832783319 there’s the link where you can order. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qd1-JMPwrHA this is on youtube and how the results come out. Hope this helped!!A good salicylic acid cleanser should help to unclog the pores which will lead to fewer pimples. Clean and Clear, Neutrogena and Clearasil all make cleansers that contain salicylic acid.

I’m guessing when you say you don’t have acne you mean that you’re not getting deep, painful cystic breakouts. This is a good thing because you’re more likely to have luck with over the counter treatments. If the cleansers are too drying add in an oil free moisturizer too help balance out the skin. If it gets too dry you can actually break out more.

Make sure you’re using a cleanser designed for your face and not just the soap you have in your shower. If you have active pimples (if they’re raised) do not scrub the skin because this can spread bacteria and make break outs worse. Salicylic acid will exfoliate the skin without the need for scrubbing.

It should take about a month to see results and there is always the chance that your skin will get worse before it gets better. Be consistent with use, and follow packaging instructions. If after a few months, you still have no improvement then you should go see a dermatologist. A doctor can help you find the right over the counter products for your skin or prescribe you something to help clear your skin.
