Try visine..though this is a very temporary solution.
hard to picture what you’re talking about. do you have cetaphil? leave some of that on overnight, did wonders for me

ALSO – get a tan (either real or fake, but considering the time of year and effectiveness , preferably real)..this should even out your tone, and when it fades it should be far less noticable assuming it’s a scar.
