Well for your nose, you can try Biore Deep Cleansing Pore Strips. And I have minor acne too and what I have found is amazing is the 3 step Neutrogena Acne Free set. It consists of a wash, toner, and moisturizer. If i feel a pimple coming, i use the 3 steps and it prevents the pimple from becoming visible. I love it! So try this and see if it works!

I have the same problem, I used to get minor acne outbreaks from time to time, I bought Almay make-up remover with cleansing properties, and Sea Breeze face scrub, to wash my face with. I also use Differen, which was prescribed to me by a Dermatologist. I haven't had a problem.
