Try persa gel by clean and clear it worked great for me, or look for things with benzoyl peroxide in a high percent. only put it on the white head though or it will make your skin dry. ps 10 percent is the highestwell, acne is basically when you have a lot of oil on your skin, and some gets trapped under the surface and makes a little nasty on your forehead. so avoid getting oils like this on your skin:
stop use of moisturizers
it sounds silly, but wash your face. like, a lot.
wash your hair at least twice a day
alternate days when you use conditioner when you wash your hair.
get a non-perscription acne killer like clearasil for minor acne.
if your acne starts getting really bad, definitely see your dermatologist

toothpaste CAN work for SOME people when applied in a very small amount on each individual blemish and left on overnight (and of course washed off in the morning when you wash your face) this is because it usually contains baking soda to dry away stains. it also dries up excess moisture, sometimes getting rid of very minor blemishes, or helping to reduce the size of them.
