I used everything and nothing would work since the skin is so thick. I went to the doctor, and they prescribed me tetracycline which is an antibiotic. It worked great. Seriously, I was so embarrassed going in and asking for it, but they were super nice ad cool about it. So, I suggest u do that.Use Noxzema in place of soaps,
It’s a really deep cleanser
And you really want to get deep in there and don’t worry its mild.
And yes it says ‘face cleanser’ but it works best as a soap too.
I recommend those fluffy things to wash with because it really does get bacteria out.
Good luck!This doesnt really answer your question, but other than a good anti-bacterial soap, you could get something like Retinol A or some mild Vit A Cream.

I had this really bad acne problem and the dermatologist gave me skinoren and Vit A cream and things cleared up quite fast. He said Vit A cream was something all models used because it clears up skin problems really well (that, I dont know how true)

So if it works for the face.. it should work for arms, shoulders and back, yah?
