I had red bumps, and I got rid of them by using Use Dial antibacterial, the gold bar. After a week or so of use, they should disappear. I have a secret most people dont know on getting rid of acne fast, get baking soda and Maalox. first wash your face with the hottest water you can without it irritating your skin to open pores, rub your body/ face with baking soda, wait 2 minutes wash your area off with hot water again and apply the Maalox on wait 2 minutes or so, the tingling means its working then wash it off with hot water, then use cold water to close your pores, do this preferably twice a day and within a week you’ll notice it going awayI had the same problem as you for years. I just got this new soap from Best Bath Store, and it’s AMAZING! It’s only $6 and it works wonders. It says its for your face but I’ve also used it on my body and I love the results.
