drinking bottled water isnt that different than tap water, you should try to save up and get a water filter to attach to the water faucet to filter it the right way… and a filter shower head for the shower too…
one should drink one half their body weight in OUNCES of water a day to stay hydrated….
and take a good vitamin and mineral supplement…water actually does help clear acne. it flushes out your system and gets rid of impurities, including acne. it did for me at least. and even if it doesn’t help, its just good to drink that much water! and bottles is the same as glasses Coke is bad and water is good. You are doing the right thing. Bottles are fine. It helps the skin but you need a good regimen as water alone cannot clear acne. Avoid white sugar and greasy foods as well. Use Benzoyl peroxide cream. If your acne starts getting out of control and you can’t deal with it, visit a derm. Take care!

Toothpaste
